Dr. André Fredrich advises and represents companies and individuals in all areas of commercial criminal law. He specializes in competition and corruption criminal law, including antitrust administrative offence proceedings and medical criminal law.

André Fredrich has particular expertise in the field of antitrust law. He guarantees comprehensive advice and defense, particularly at the interface between antitrust and criminal law.

André Fredrich studied law at the University of Cologne, specializing in antitrust law. He also obtained his doctorate there with a thesis on benefit skimming under antitrust law. During his doctorate, André Fredrich worked as a research assistant in leading commercial law firms in the areas of antitrust and commercial criminal law, among others.

His legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne included stations at the public prosecutor's office in Aachen in the organized crime department, at a law firm specializing in criminal law and at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Namibia in the field of economic development promotion.

Before joining FS-PP Berlin, André Fredrich worked as a lawyer for a renowned criminal law boutique in Cologne.

Mr. Fredrich speaks German and English.
