Dr. André Fredrich advises and represents companies and individuals in all areas of white-collar crime law. His practice focuses in particular on insolvency criminal law and medical criminal law.
André Fredrich possesses specialist knowledge in the field of competition and corruption criminal law, including administrative offence proceedings under antitrust law. He provides comprehensive advice and defence, particularly at the interface between antitrust and criminal law.
André Fredrich completed his law degree at the University of Cologne, specialising in antitrust law. There, he also obtained his doctorate with a thesis on the recovery of benefits under antitrust law. During his doctoral studies, André Fredrich worked as a research assistant in leading commercial law firms, including in the areas of antitrust and white-collar crime law.
His legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne included placements at the Aachen Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Organised Crime Division, at a law firm specialising in criminal law, and at the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Namibia in the field of economic development promotion.
Before joining FS-PP Berlin, André Fredrich worked as a solicitor for a renowned criminal law boutique in Cologne.
Dr. Fredrich has successfully completed the specialist solicitor course in criminal law at the German Bar Academy (DAA)
