Dr. David Albrecht is a partner at FS-PP Berlin. He defends individuals and companies in all areas of commercial criminal law. He also advises companies in the private and public sectors on compliance issues. His practice focuses on labor criminal law, cyber criminal law, foreign trade criminal law and internal investigations.
David Albrecht studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, specializing in “Tax and Commercial Criminal Law”, where he completed his doctorate with a thesis on the interface between criminal procedural law and commercial criminal law.

He regularly conducts training courses in areas such as criminal corruption law (Deutsche AnwaltAkademie), fraud investigation (Fachmedien Otto Schmidt) and compliance (various in-house training courses).
He acts as an expert witness in legislative proceedings. In addition, he is involved in legal policy in the “Security Law Committee” of the German Bar Association (DAV), the “Surveillance Working Group” of the European Bar Association CCBE and is a member of the working groups “Internal Investigations & Whistleblower Systems” and “Labor Law/ HR” of the German Institute for Compliance (DICO).
