Ombudspersons for Mister Spex SE

Attorneys Dr David Albrecht and Sophia Hoffmeister have assumed the function of the internal reporting office pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and conduct complaint proceedings under the Supply Chain Act (LkSG) for Mister Spex SE.

Mister Spex SE firmly opposes all forms of corruption, fraud, discrimination and all manifestations of white-collar crime. Mister Spex SE also prohibits any form of sanctions against persons who in good faith report a possible offence or participate in an investigation.

If you have the impression that you are unable to report a legal or regulatory offence in person or cannot make any progress in a direct conversation, you can contact the confidential counsellors of Mister Spex SE.

The confidential counsellors also protect your identity towards Mister Spex SE and only pass on information to Mister Spex SE if you have expressly given your consent to the disclosure. You may also submit your information to the confidential counsellors anonymously. However, we would like to encourage you to provide a way for the confidential counsellors to contact you in case of queries.

What are the confidential counsellors responsible for?

The confidential counsellors assume the function of the internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act and are available for the complaints procedure in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

You can therefore contact the confidential counsellors with information on criminal offences, administrative offences, in particular corruption, white-collar crime, betrayal of secrets, violation of data protection law or other serious legal violations. They are also available to receive reports of violations of human and environmental rights in the Mister Spex SE supply chain. In addition to these legal obligations, the confidential counsellors also process reports of a serious violation of the General Equal Opportunities Act (AGG) or an internal policy of Mister Spex SE.

The confidential counsellors are not responsible for general customer or employee complaints and do not forward these submissions.

If you are unsure whether your application falls within the area of responsibility of the confidential counsellors, you can contact FS-PP Berlin without obligation. Contacting the internal reporting office is also risk-free for an as-yet undecided informant. The informant can decide to have the counsellors maintain confidentiality at any time before the transfer to Mister Spex SE is approved.

What happens when you have submitted a report?

The confidential counsellors check whether there is an initial suspicion of a legal or regulatory violation. If there is an initial suspicion, the counsellors initiate an investigation or pass the proceedings on to the body responsible for investigations. The whistleblowers receive feedback on the follow-up measures taken as a result of their report.

And how do you get in touch?

A special e-mail address and a separate telephone number have been set up for persons who wish to contact Dr Albrecht or Ms Hoffmeister as confidential counsellors of the Mister Spex Group. Outside the office hours of the lawyer's office, an answering machine will take messages. The lawyers will then get back to you immediately. A personal conversation or video call is also possible.

Specially protected contact via the FS-PP IntegrityLine®System

Whistleblowers also have the option of contacting the confidential counsellors via the FS-PP IntegrityLine® System. The FS-PP IntegrityLine® System is an internet-based reporting system that has been tried and tested by many companies and organisations , which is secured in the best possible way and excludes the traceability of reports. It is also available for notifications in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

The FS-PP IntegrityLine® System gives whistleblowers the opportunity to set up a protected mailbox through which they can communicate securely with the reporting centre without having to disclose their identity.
