Philipp Mädje works as a research assistant in all areas of commercial and medical criminal law as well as in the field of compliance.

He completed his law studies as a scholarship holder of the Evangelisches Studienwerk Villigst at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg with a focus on medical criminal law. During his studies, he worked at the Interdisziplinäres Wissenschaftliches Zentrum Medizin-Ethik-Recht and as a research assistant for Professor Dr. Hans Lilie. In addition to supporting research and teaching in criminal and medical law, he gained extensive experience in the field of compliance in the healthcare sector.

Philipp Mädje is working on his doctorate in medical criminal law under Professor Dr. Karsten Gaede at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

In addition to his work as a research assistant at FS-PP Berlin, Philipp Mädje is a lecturer in the Master's program in Medical Ethics Law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
